Congratulations. You've minted a new financial instrument. The market has spoken — or it will, once you seed the Telegram and find someone to write a Medium post. The point is: you now have tokens, likely in the billions.

You notice you have a lot of them

1 billion. 10 billion. 420 trillion. Somewhere in that supply sits a portion that is simply sitting in a treasury wallet, feeling purposeless. We sense this. The blockchain senses this. You should too.

You send some to our address

No pitch deck. No Calendly link. No 47-page SAFE agreement with a side letter. Just a wallet address and the quiet dignity of a transfer confirmation. We accept ENS. We accept raw addresses. We accept whatever you have.

We acknowledge receipt

We see it in the wallet. We may tweet about it. We will check the USD value at least once, possibly twice if the number is surprising. We consider this our investor relations program.

What is Recipient Capital's AUM?

We do not disclose AUM in the traditional sense. Our portfolio includes several tokens currently priced at $0.0000000 which we view as asymmetric optionality. The number of tokens held is large. The dollar value is a matter of perspective.

Do you lead rounds?

We do not lead rounds. We do not participate in rounds. We receive tokens directly, which is faster, simpler, and requires no cap table conversation, no 409A, and no one asking if we have "strategic value."

What board seats do you take?

None. We believe governance is best handled by people who are awake during the vote. We are available on a vibe-by-vibe basis for strategic input, which we define as occasionally retweeting your announcements.

Will you sign an NDA?

The blockchain is public. You waived your NDA the moment you deployed the contract. But yes, we will sign anything if it accelerates the timeline to tokens being in our wallet.

What if my token goes to zero?

We hold a brief moment of silence and then check whether you have launched a second token we might also receive. We respect the journey, not just the destination. The portfolio has seen things.

Is this a legitimate investment firm?

We are a token reception vehicle. The distinction is meaningful and we ask that you respect it. We have a website. We have an ENS name. We have a portfolio page. These are the hallmarks of legitimacy.
